Increases the amount of Uranium-238 used in several recipes because there is always too much of it. Option to require boron rods in nuclear fuel cells. IRL boron is extracted from sea water so this is replicated here. Boron rods are used to moderate nuclear fission in reactors.

If, like me, you tend to play with biters off and use nuclear power, you may find you have an excess of uranium-238 because you are not using it for military purposes. This mod adds or increases the amount of U238 required to yellow science, kovarex, reprocessing and nuclear fuel.

Utility Science Pack now needs U238. Optional and configurable to use 1-10.
Kovarex Enrichment Process now uses 40 U238
Nuclear Fuel now uses 12 U238
Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing now uses 5 U238 and has a 0,007% chance of returning 1 U235
