At around 14th restart with Omnimatter and AAII I wanted to make the immediate start to a bit faster. Just enough to not have to hand feed machines until I can get SP1 running, and get the tools to automate things.

Adds enough materials to get (barely) SP1 running, and with some creative reconfiguration, helps to get started without taking the challenge away from e.g. getting the first omnicium plate done.
