Create a quick mall blueprint: assembler + logistic chests (with requests) + inserters.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Multiple instances of assemblers, and possible every other option, prevents proper selection of the Quick Mall.

That seems like a new issue. Do you have any other mods that might be interfering with this?
Have tried to remove some mods that likely could have interfered with it but it has been a while. I can provide a save if you want
