Tried to duplicate crash, happens when upgrade planner is used on a blueprint getting built

Crash happens here with when trying to change quality in existing storage chest:

1) Build a storage chest, set accepted/filtered product to anything, e.g. Normal Iron Plate
2) Select upgrade planner tool, choose to only upgrade Storage
3) Select other quality, e.g. Uncommon
4) Mark the storage with Normal being filtered for
