A new recycler with quality built right in.

A 4x4 recycler that scraps items two and a half times as fast as the normal one. Each result
has a 12.5% chance of higher quality, no modules needed. It has five module slots and draws more
power than a normal recycler.

With Space Age it unlocks once you have the sciences of Vulcanus, Fulgora and Gleba, and is
built from a recycler plus parts from all three planets. Without Space Age it unlocks after the
rocket and is built from a recycler, low-density structures and electric engines. Either way it
needs the Quality mod.
