I play with multiple other mods and there seem to be no recipes to upgrade logistics and construction bots in your machines except the normalizer. I tried to reduce it to a single mod that causes the problem, but it seems to be a combination thats at fault. With all planets lite bots cannot be upgraded, so I tried to only enable quality processing and the planets one at a time until it stopped working, which happend when I activated Cerys. But when I tried your mod and cerys alone it all worked fine, so no idea ┐(シ)┌

That is indeed not intended, but it is strange that you get only the standardizer recipes.

But like I said I get the same problem when I just test with "Enable all planet mods lite" so it's probably a planet mod I have. My safe is still only 8mb, so if you want I can give it to you?

I just saw that vulcanus science and electromagnetic plant are also affected. No idea why these items and not others

I have not tried the planet mods yet, but I fixed some bugs that might have caused this. Could you try the newest version?

It's definitely better, foundrys, asteroid grabbers, crushers, all the planet sciences, all modded planet sciences and some more modded buildings are all upgradable now.
Sadly bots, your own quantum calibrator, modded vehicles and trains, and electromagnetic plants are still missing.

There were some items with unhandled/unknown sources (Craptonite chunk and some ammonia bacteria), so I added a general fallback for these cases. It should work now for "Enable planet mods lite".
