With bobs it's worse than just not working, on placement of a bobs roboports of any quality other than normal it will instead place a base roboport of the given quality. Even with a mod that is adding an extra 5 quality levels a max quality base roboport range is smaller than a T4 bobs roboport.
I do not believe it does. Support for that should be doable though.
Would be cool to have it, MK10 Legendaries :) If you feel you have time ofc. An option to allow quality to affect increased logistic and construction zone size would also be cool.
