+1 Got the same error, which in turn led to losing Petroleum Handling and an additional non-Pyanodon mod.
roll back to the version before the new one. it should work till it gets fixed
This error can be fixed by changing the name of the file from Matter.png to matter.png in the mod zip file in (for Windows) Users/Username/AppData/Roaming/Factorio/mods/pyhightech_1.1.9.zip.
