You put the dependencies as < which means it needs to be less than that version. so you can't even use it on the current version of py
This was intentional, as I still need it to test with the new autotech 2.0 updates first, to see if everything is compatible. The restriction will be lifted soon.

Sorry, I had a pretty severe mental health thingy going on. The mod is finally updated and compatible with current versions.
