Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
When playing with various planet mods that allow placing foundation on more tiles (Arig, Moshine, Paracelsin, Cubium), adding this mod makes it no longer placable on regular Space Age tiles such as lava or oil ocean. Removing this mod restores the ability to place foundation as usual again.
This ended up being a mod ordering issue. this mod lets foundation go anywhere, so a later mod adding a condition like moshine locks the tile to only those added conditions. Hopefully fixed in mod version 2.1.0. If there are other planets you add that cause the same thing again I can add them as depends so this mod will load after. ( fixed the other issue with the tutorial color tiles as well)
