Py High Tech adds new pipes that use non-canonical pipe sprites with hard to distinguish pipe-to-grounds. This mod changes them to be more in line with other pipe types.

Reskins the multipurpose pipes from PyHT using Niobium Pipes from Py Industry or vanilla Iron pipes if Py Industry is not present.
Currently doesn't work without Py Industry due to a bug in Py HT.

Reuses sprites, only tints them with r=g=b=0.2. TODO: configurable.
