Pyanodon's Caravan Speed Multiplier

Adds three simple sliders to your startup mod settings. Change speeds for ground caravans, flying caravans, and nukavans. Multiplies both non turd and turd upgrade Automatically updates every caravan. You will not have to pick up your existing caravans and replace them manually to see the speed boost. It also only scales the actual movement velocity, which means the running animations stay smooth and do not look glitched out. No ups/runtime effect

Ground Caravans: Affects normal caravans, fluidavans, and their turd versions.
Flying Caravans: Affects flyavans, fluidflyavans, and their turd versions.
Nukavan: Affects nukavan and its turd version.
