At the top of the list of checkboxes to the left of each mod in the mod list, there's a sorting box which you can press to enable or disable all mods all at once.
Honestly if there were an easy way to insert this into the load order though I'd be tempted to get it just so that I could access the Manage Mods menu at the start of loading and not at the end of it.
