This is now fixed for 0.5.4. Keep in mind that updates will break your game however, so you will have to restart or play without even distribution for now.

That was quick. Thanks! I tried a more recent alternative for Even Distro, but it has some bugs with many items.

I know well about the updating causing different shuffle, its fun seeing how what breaks between update. xD
