hey Exfret, just had an idea. Make the belt speed negative so you have to build them backwards lol. If that doesnt break any other logic.

Belt speeds can't be backwards, and idk if that would be a meaningful change to the game anyways (sounds more like a fun mode thing, where it's sort of already there).

dont worry was just a dumb idea , if you randomize stats and attributes why not also go into negative (if that wont break otehr things), was nothing more

im not making a new thread for the question ... did i miss the release of the great patch for the mod at 26.02.2026 or is it just a step forward?

From my perspective it's a big step forward, because a lot of under-the-hood changes are in there, but for you guys the great patch is still elusive and not there yet.

For example, the code base increased by 33% in that update alone. So things are happening. It will all come together sometime! Just not soon.

By the way, the fixes I had in mind are taking longer than expected; I was wondering what sort of "fix now" issues there were that I might be able to patch? Like, is there anything that's super impacting the game that could just use a temporary patch?

If you ask me, i did not play the patch really. I wanted to give the update a try but after the duplicate, the random seeds that did not work and the tech tree that could unlock nothing, i decided i wat until the great patch when it comes. I will only play on the hardest randomization possible, so i could not play the current version after all the above.

To answer your question, i can not imagine a temporary fix from the listed problems above so im sorry, i can not help with that.
