Thanks! I made this to be very specifically targeted at making getting spoilable science into labs less of a mess. Trying to belt 4 different spoilable science packs into labs when they aren't even used for most researches was proving much too janky and inconsistent for my liking.
I've added the setting to change the spoil time for you but there's some caveats due to how the game works.
The current progress of spoiling on each item has no connection to the full spoilage time, so when you change the setting it doesn't change the time left on any already existing preserved packs. For example if you change the setting to a much lower number an existing pack with 5436 hours left to spoil will still have that long until it spoils. The same thing happens if you increase the total spoil time.
I actually wanted to remove the spoil timer completely which is why the number is so high by default. The problem was there's no way to do that without a pack of any spoilage level being reset to the full value.
