i too am one of those freaks who loves quality spaghetti, but god the chances are so low it feels like i dont even have any quality around

I'm still debating with myself about quality. On one hand, it doesn't seem fair to give vanilla quality modules the same chance, but a very small amount would be unfair for the player. The solution would be to allow players to craft this module in a sawmill where there's more space for modules, so they can create even more high quality modules to craft quality modules :)
Then, i recommend to use Lignumis setting to allow more things to be made in the sawmill

If you realy love quality spaghetti, try Global quality (it allows you to set the global quality chance. I have it set to 5%) together with Science Pack Galore for SpaceAge and QuirkyCat Ores. Im doing a run with those three and a few Qol mods and this is so much spaghetti :D

ok it wasnt related to this it seems, so apparently the mod eneas, with quality extended, and shiny qualities completely breaks quality, and i was thinkign i was just really unlucky
