Only complaint I have is that, unlike vanilla, it's hard to discern between blue, green and yellow colors in the chain signals. Maybe tune them a bit?

Yeah, making colors look like in base game isn't easy. It may take some time to get right.
maybe use "stronger" colors? the current red and green have a very little shade of white, making the colors more "solid" may help.
