Due to the way that you categorized your modules, mods that edit what machines or beacons can accept make it so that no machines take your modules anymore. Both Evil and normal Pollution module are affected by this.
This can probably be easily solved by just changing their category to 'efficiency', since that's basically what they are.

This will cause that tier 3 pollution modules will replace tier 2 efficiency modules when ctrl-clicking a machine. I don't think this will be a problem but we should be aware that I'll replace one side effect with another.

The more robust fix would be to add the pollution category to all machines allowing the efficiency category in final-fixes but I'll try your solution first.

The fix will be in the next release.
