I was considering adding a Technology do you have suggestions of what the research costs should be?
as for adding support for StableFoundations looks like that might be something on their end that they would have to add.

For StableFoundations, you could add your tile name to the default value of the "T3 floors" setting form your end (in settings-updates.lua)
