Honestly, I just made this as a reason to build bigger factories on Aquilo. This recipe requires cryogenic research, so setting up on the planet isn't changed. But once you've sent your first load of science home, you can make this planet more self-sufficient, if you're willing to put in the work.

Also included is a recipe to reduce solid fuel to carbon, ultimately giving you access to coal on planets that don't have it - allowing you to build the full suite of basic science packs anywhere, with enough work.
