After 2 full rewrites and an arduous journey, Pixeltorio8 is somewhat playable!
This mod aims to change all base game entity graphics to UTF-8 drawings. Care was taken to maintain readability.

The mod currently replaces these textures from the base game:

  • The character
  • Accumulators
  • Assembling machines (including chemical plant, oil refinery)
  • Belts (including undergrounds, splitters, loaders, linked belts)
  • Beacons
  • Boilers (including heat exchangers)
  • Cliffs
  • Clouds
  • Cargo landing pad
  • Combinators & utilities (speaker, display, power switch)
  • Containers (including logistics, cargo pods and crashed ship)
  • Corpses/Remnants*
  • Decoratives (completely removed)
  • Editor items

  • Enemies (Biters, Spitters, Worms, Spawners)

  • Generators (Steam engines & turbines)
