Adds a "pew" sound effect to all base game weapons that shoot bullets and laser turrets. Each individual weapons custom "pew" sound can be enabled/disabled in startup settings.

I havn't modified the cannon, rocket launcher or flamethrower sounds with "pew" as I personally dont think they fit at all. I may add them as a selectable option if requested. Any good/funny alternatives recommened may get added for these weapons as well.
