there are no plans for that at this moment - a water wheel was planned for the first ever power source instead of a seawater boiler, but it was scrapped early on
feel free to make your own when its actually released on the normal mod page and not this test one? (although PM isnt even finished yet lmao) - there will be a mod for a Hard Mode, and a mod that uses SA features In The Future
