Will I have any issues if I use this mod with Slipstack Agriculture? I notice it interacts with Slipstacks as part of obtaining Deuterium and I'm a bit scared to add it to my world because of this, but the mod itself seems very interesting.

Both this mod and Slipstack Agriculture change what you get from harvesting a slipstack. Since only one of the changes takes effect in the game, these mods are incompatible.

They also have some opposite design choices. You need stone as an input for in this mod, while you get stone as an output in Slipstack Agriculture.

You can deactivate one mod and activate the other in the middle of a game. Slipstacks will remain where they were planted. Mod-specific items and recipes will be lost.

If it won't cause issues to just switch then that's fine by me, though I do wish there was a way to have both. Thank you for replying!
