Ore patches aren't always in the right place. Now you can move them out of the way with precision.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

Changes:
- admins can put a chest onto an ore patch and it will be scanned and stored
- admins can put a chest onto empty ground and a recent scanned ore patch will be retrieved
Todo:
- entity, icon graphics for the chest
- remote interface to allow other mods to move ore patches
- setting: allow non-admins to use ore manager chests
