Some platforms are always out of network, I've tried all of the workarounds here, but no luck. I suspect it may be related to platform name changes. I noticed in the debug alerts that platform names are listed there with their original names rather than the names they currently have.

I also have the problem. None of my four platforms are ever "in network".

And, I would also like to see partial stacks being transferred. I have a lot of extra platform parts and stuff that I'd like to consolidate.

I also experience this problem. Is there a solution?
