Initially created for the (currently on hold) planet mod Impetus, but split off into its own mod for standalone availability and easier maintenance.

Audiovisual elements are subject to further improvements, eventually, hopefully.

Orbital interlinks are advanced electrical structures capable of exchanging electricity between planetary surfaces and the space platforms orbiting them; used without Impetus, they are researched with electromagnetic and metallurgic science, and use Fulgora and Vulcanus materials in their construction (though considerably more of the former).

Each orbital interlink has a maximum throughput of 1 gigawatt, and buffers electricity within its internal capacitors (150 megajoules, equivalent to 30 accumulators). Both of these stats scale with quality.

When an interlink is constructed, or enters a planet's orbit, it will automatically attempt to pair with any appropriate interlink on the "opposing" surface. Paired interlinks equalize their buffered electricity every three ticks, allowing either surface to supply the other.

As interlinks use the accumulator charging priority, they cannot disburse power to other accumulators or "bounce" it through other interlinks (i.e. platform-to-planet-to-platform).
