I had 5.3GW solar setup in orbit and 4 purple interlinks in orbit as well as 4 on planet, but the planetary demand constantly jumped between not enough and fully satisfied, unsure what the min was but it was fully satisfied at 4.4GW. I had 0 power production on planet at the time
Just deployed 0.1.1 which should significantly improve performance under full load, through transmission logic changes. If it doesn't do the trick, I also added a config option to increase the equalization frequency.
I dont know if this was contributing, but I am wondering of what possible use cases are there for being able to transfer the power back and forth ? wouldn't it make more sense to have the interlinks have a toggle like on the Cerys accumulators, so it either sends or receives ?
The behavior is less a specific objective of the design, and more a consequence of the way the transfer is implemented. There are probably more sophisticated ways to implement the behavior, but they're outside of my technical knowhow.
fair. I am playing on a multiplayer game and am not the host, but once it gets updated I'll try to let you know how it goes.
I did also notice that the interlink is not placeable on Moshine due to its accumulator restrictions, not sure if that's something you'd like to address or if its fine as is.
