I am very confused on how I use this mod. Is there an item? Some tech I have to research? Some kind of tool or BP? I installed the mod, and there's nothing for me to USE it. I checked "Always Unlocked" option, and I actually had Rocket Silos already researched, so as per the instructions, whatever is supposed to unlock SHOULD have been unlocked already... But I have no idea of WHAT.
