Is this mod private or something? I can access it through a link in the forum, but not find it on the portal.

It's a really nice idea to make individual changes optional. This way people can still have the old BOP or old flamethrower ammo, but otherwise use some new elements like the better inputs or the new AOP/CL ratios

I'm pretty sure it's not. But yeah it's weird that it does not show up at the end of Most Downloaded - Oil

Oh I finally found out what causes this. You see the dependency for this mod is to be at least on 0.17.60 but the listing is for 0.17 so it doesn't appear if you filter by version.
