A vehicle capable to transport fluids in the built-in tank

I cant craft oil hauler in inventory even in Assembling machine. I loaded mod after i researched cars. Is it now possible to craft or must i reset the entire world??
Try enter this into the console: /c game.player.force.recipes["vehicle-oil-hauler"].enabled = true
/c game.player.force.recipes["vehicle-oil-hauler"].enabled = true
