A vehicle capable to transport fluids in the built-in tank

I'm with complete py mods. The mod loads well, but it doest't appear in the menus. Because of that, i kan't make the oil hauler.
Can you see a hauler in the editor mode/infinite chest?
With FNEI i can see it. But not make it.
Try enter this into the console: /c game.player.force.recipes["vehicle-oil-hauler"].enabled = true
It works now. I did nothing, but it works.
