Personally desired tweaks to Space Exploration and Krastorio 2. Each option can be configured if not desired.

Current changes:

• Use Krastorio2-Style Loader Recipes: This reverts the recipes of all loaders (including space loaders) to prefer the Krastorio2-style balancing. For example, a loader will require 10 gears instead of 100 gears.
• Restored Efficiency Recipes: Allows the use of Efficiency modules in certain recipes that were blacklisted in Space Exploration 0.6.121. This includes oxygen and nitrogen collection from atmospheric condensers, as well as both water electrolysis recipes.
• Use Krastorio 2 Robot Stats: Restores the statistics of K2 logistic and construction robots. This improves their speed, max energy, and payload size, but reduces their health relative to Space Exploration.
