First of all i would like to congrat you on your first mod! I'm using it and it helped me a lot on my mega-train-base.
I would like to suggest that you put an option to customize the fuel consumption rate, right now i find it very expensive as the fuel cells are being eaten alive, even with the recent balance changes.
Just a suggestion.
