Normal is the same quality level as Legendary. No other qualities enabled.
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Furnaces, assembling machines, production chains.
It does not seem to change the inserters quality to legendary and its hard to craft things in some legendary assemblers when you cant get enough items in it VIA inserters.
Unfortunately this is a game bug I cannot fix.
is there no way to alter the stats of inserters to match those of legendary?
