Does not remove collision layers (for example, Gleba trees probably cant be placed on Vulcanus, and asteroid collectors can never be placed on the ground). Does not let you place lightning collection devices on planets which do not have lightning. IDK if there's anything else. Go make a post in the discussion section if I missed something. Oh, and yes, you can place trains in space. go crazy.
