Unrecoverable crash when game has this mod installed, but space age is disabled (guess it shouldn't be optional dependency).

Steps to reproduce:
Have fresh game with space age, install this mod, disable space age.

Crash says: Error: The prototype "empty-space" (tile) is missing.

Context on why it's not WELL DUH issue: I hadn't played Factorio for a while and had a ton of mods installed, but wanted to see new Administratorio mod, that is not compatible with space age. What I do? I install it and then disable all the mods that now in red (marked for missing dependency). This mod wasn't red. When I restarted the game it just crashed, not even suggesting to modify modlist. So yeah. Figuring out which one exactly caused this wasn't fun time.
