Trying to place landfill via blueprint causes this error:

Tried with only this mod installed, still the same.

Sorry for the long wait, life got in the way and stuff.
Seems like something slipped through the cracks, because landfill should be excluded by default. I uploaded a hotfix that should exclude entities without a health-value. You might have to reload an earlier save, though.
