Hand-crafting science already takes an incredibly long time. Science crafting is only practical when done with multiple assembling machines running simultaneously. What was the inspiration behind this mod?
Aside form it being my preferred way to play, I use it in the classroom with young people who will hand craft all day even if it is boring. This encourages them to automate.
