Adds a new keybind Shift + Alt + Right Mouse Button to create pins have directional arrows disabled by default when the pin is offscreen. Sadly overwriting the normal pin behaviour results in side effects where the right mouse click was not blocked.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
