That's not a lot to go on. No, I'm not being pedantic, there are several possible things you can mean.
At any rate, I'm not the mod author, but I do use this mod extensively. I've resolved to simply make orientation-restricted blueprint versions. I.e., instead of rotating an existing blueprint, I create all of my personal blueprints in quadruplicate, separate versions for N / S/ E / or W orientations. (Incidentally, rotating and mirroring trainstops isn't always a straightforward thing, particularly with modded-trainstop entities such as with LTN.
(And again, even in the off chance that my reply above addresses 100% of your concerns, that still doesn't mean that "subj!" is either helpful or respectful to a mod-author's unpaid time. I can think of at least 2 or 3 possible things you might be asking that my answer DOES NOT address, because I wouldn't know the answer.)
