Adds nixie tubes, for displaying values from a connected circuit network.
nixie-tubes_0.18.2.zip is version 18.2 in info.json, but the zipped folder is "nixie-tubes_0.18.1".
This was caused by an early version of my automated release script. What was supposed to be 0.18.1 ended up released as 0.18.2 instead.
