Adds nixie tubes, for displaying values from a connected circuit network.
Would it be at all possible to get a 2x2 Nixie Tube that has "3" digits.
I don't have any plans to make new variations of nixie tubes specifically, but I do have plans to make some other display devices for 0.17, with some new drawing capabilities that mods are getting.
