Adds nixie tubes, for displaying values from a connected circuit network.
When I set own conditions and click "use color" checkbox in Alpha Tubes, condition are changing to "Anything != 0". This change is invisible to player until he close the GUI and reopen it.
OK, never mind and pleaser delete. My fault...
