Adds nixie tubes, for displaying values from a connected circuit network.
Currently Anything and Everything do nothing, showing 0 in both cases. Perhaps the maximum input signal could be shown on Anything, and the total signal input shown on Everything.
I agree with this here. Having to filter out and convert a signal to some other signal is annoying
