The current version seems to support connection to the logistics network, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to make that connection DO anything.

Is this a default config that factorio is doing, or is it possible to read from a logistics network?

Not quite sure about the apparent logistics thing on nixie tubes themselves, but here's a handy solution instead:

Place down a roboport, and then run a red/green wire from the roboport to the nixie tubes.

The roboport will gain a circuit network miniwindow that lets you select "output logistics network contents" or somesuch, and now everything connected to this circuit network will include data from the logistics network of that roboport.

And yes, this works for anything else you connect to this circuit network.
