Adds nixie tubes, for displaying values from a connected circuit network.
It seems that you are handling migrations and initialization during on_load event. There are separate events specially for that now. The game errors about altered 'global' state otherwise.
This should be resolved in the 0.2.3 release - however, this drops upgrade compatibility for most old versions.
