The Gridsize of the MK3 Module is 2x2 instead of 1x1. It used to work but since the update to 2.0.1 it broke

That was a intended rebalance, but just purely for you I added a mod startup setting to restore them to smaller sizes :).
I.E, fixed for v 2.02

Thanks, i appreciate that a lot. I always install a mod for bright nights instead of using the 2x2 nightvision because it triggers me that i can't fit it together with the belt immunity item which is also 1x1. If they are both 1x1 my optimisation compulsion can be satisfied. :)
