Adds a compact kingdom leaderboard to Nexus Kingdoms and other OARC servers.

Features

• Toggleable and compact kingdom ranking panel.
• Unlimited total score with no maximum.
• Scores Technology, Industry, Combat and Activity.
• Shows each kingdom's science-pack progress.
• Announces newly unlocked science packs to the server.

Commands

• /leaderboard — Open or close the leaderboard.
• /rank — Show your kingdom's current rank and score.
• /leaderboard-refresh — Admin refresh command.
